Opus Soup is like an open-space where musicians with different styles, cultures and backgrounds, live together: jazz, hip hop, blues, pop, prog, contemporary music…
Led by Giancarlo Tossani (wurlitzer, keyboards, electronics), Matteo Gosi (voice, electronics, Dj G-Love (electronics), featuring Achille Succi (alto sax, clarinet), Paolo Botti (viola, dobro), the band uses several instruments, a bunch of electronic effects, vibrant grooves, samplers, loops, developing a sound based on open improvisation, intense group listening and rhythmic flexibility.
